I love my husband. He has been lolling around, whining about the heat and being a drama "queen" for days. The a/c is finally fixed and in his mind this means:
"It's cold now - make cookies!"
So at roughly 11:00, I found myself in my kitchen with Isa (well, okay, fine - just Veganomicon but she was there in spirit) making Chocolate Chocolate Chip Walnut cookies. I must admit - vegan cookies intrigue me because I never think they'll actually hold together without eggs.
They were so good, especially with cups of nice warm hazelnut decaf coffee in our now-arctic home.
